Our basic plan starts at $30 per member per month, and we customize employer plans to fit your company's needs and budget," said Taylore Cunningham. Plans start at as little as $30 a month for a 12 month plan and you save more money if you pay for all 12 months up front. A family of 4 can sign up for $99 a month for the 12 month plan. They also have 6 month plans available too.
